John Schrider, Legal Aid Society, to give an update on affordable housing: varying definitions, difference between 80% of average wage versus 20-30% of poverty. He will also speak to the current negotiations over city tax abatements. John was the attorney representing the Homeless Coalition on the Wade Street dispute with FC Cincinnati, he is a leader in Advocates for Affordable Housing, chief staff for Family Housing Developers, etc.
