On Auction Day, May 11

Check-in will begin at 4:30 in the foyer or sanctuary. Be sure to:

  • Pay the registration fee and get your admission’s bracelet
    • If you pre-register, the fee is $10
    • If you need to register at the door, the fee is $12
    • Kids under 12 are FREE 
  • Pick up your bid stickers if you pre-registered.
  • Register for a bid number if not pre-registered, then get your bid stickers.

Schedule of Events 

4:30 p.m. Doors Open for Registration and Raffle tickets

5 p.m. Silent Auction opens for bidding! Food and beverages available.

6:15 p.m. Registration closes

6:45 Silent Auction closes.

7 p.m. Live Auction begins. 

7:45 or so, Event ends, some check-outs processed (more the next day)

Any event seats not sold will be open for purchase at the minimum price on Sunday after the service.

Snacks and socializing throughout

Notes

Raffle drawings will be pulled after the service on Sunday. You do NOT need to be present for the drawing to win.

There will be some tables with fixed price items that can be purchased at anytime during the event. Simply go to the registration/payment desk.

Checkout area opens as soon as we can to collect your winning items and settle your tab. 

Payment can be via cash, check, or Vanco.
