The auction is upon us! Fun, food, wine, lots of wonderful items

that you might win if you bid just right!

 5-8 p.m. Saturday, May 11

It’s time to make final decisions about what you can offer.

Remember – gift cards, tickets, social gatherings (meals, game nights, simple or elegant), services, food items, gift baskets (if pre-approved by Erin), handcrafted items – what have you thought of that could be included?

Complete an auction offering form online or pick one up Sunday – but

your plan must be submitted by this Sunday, April 28.

 Gift cards, baskets, and handmade items must be delivered to the church by Saturday, May 4.

 (Church will be open from 2-6 p.m. for the “Deeper than the Skin” program.)

Volunteers needed! 

A  form will be posted on the website by April 28.

Volunteer shifts are generally for just part of the evening. There are various kinds of help needed, including tasks that can be done before and after May 11.

Pre-registration starts April 28 on the website. (Or email auction@stjohnsuu.org)

You don’t pay until May 11 but if you pre-register, you pay $10 instead of $12.

May 11 Schedule

• 4:30 p.m. doors open
• 5:00 – silent auction, wine and other beverages, food
• 7:00 – live auction
• 7:45 – cleanup and checkout

 Anything not sold on Saturday will be available for bids on Sunday, May 12.

 Final checkout will also happen after the service on May 12.
