The year 2020 relieved me of many of my illusions about control, particularly when it comes to change. I have adapted by learning about and experimenting with the natural flow of change with the help of meditation.  Come for a service where we will explore change and experiment with a brief guided meditation.

Reverend Dittmar graduated from Harvard Divinity School in 1997. She served one year as interim minister at the Gathering at Northern Hills (Cincinnati, OH 1997-1998), and 18 years as minister at First Unitarian Church of Cincinnati (1998-2016). In 2016 she began work as Congregational Life Field Staff with the MidAmerica Region.
