Written on the walls of our church are the words, “Sanctuary and Service Since 1814.” Looking back to history is one way of knowing who we are. Looking forward with an understanding of the past and a hope for the future makes us who we are in the present. How will we serve? What will we worship? Who are we made to be? Come this Sunday and engage the big questions of church.

Hello! I wonder if transcripts of these past sermons could be included on this site? They would make the website much more interactive and informative. Some of the titles of these sermons pique my interest but there is no further information about them here. By the way, my father, Richard J. Reiman, was a longtime member of St. John’s, and I attended in the 1960s and 1970s.
