For a later date:

Choosing Interdependence over Individuality

We’ve been told the story of the self-made person but the truth is that no one does it alone. Join us as we explore how our Unitarian Universalist values call us to move beyond radical individuality and embrace interdependence through creating communities of mutual aid by cultivating deeper connections, shared responsibility, and a community where no one is left behind.

The Rev. Dawn Cooley is today’s guest sermonist. In a pulpit swap, Rev. Jenn is preaching at Rev. Dawn‘s congregation.

Rev. Dawn Skjei (SHAY) Cooley is currently serving as the interim minister of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis. She believes that Unitarian Universalists are called to “Love the Hell Out of the World” and tries to practice this on a regular basis. She is passionate about helping congregations adapt to the changing cultural religious landscape through her work as an interim minister.
