UUs are participating in Cincinnati’s
Pride Parade and Festival Saturday, June 25

The parade starts at 11 a.m. at 7th and Plum Sts. We have not yet been assigned our meeting place but it will likely be on 7th Ave. near the overpass of the west-most pass over I-75. The parade route can be found at: https://www.cincinnatipride.org/parade.html.

Please join us!

We should be in line by 10:30 a.m. Look for the black van with the chalice on top. We will have signs and flags and there are spaces in the van for riders.  Wear “Side with Love” yellow shirts if you have them. To sign up to help staff the UU booth at the Cincinnati Pride Festival, go to SignUpGenius, https://tinyurl.com/CinciPrideUuBooth2022. The first shift is for 10 a.m. for set-up, with shifts going potentially as late as 9 p.m. when the festival ends. Booth shifts are two hours and a lot of fun!

Prepare for a shift at the UU Pride Booth

A class with the theme “Your UU Elevator Speech, or How do you talk about UU?” will be held on Zoom tonight, Tuesday, June 14, at 7:30 p.m. Participants will practice our UU message and talk about the timing of various levels of conversation based upon the interest of the asking individual.
