Good News! St. John’s can now accept contributions via phone app, text and a new giving link on our Donate website.

The app:

Just download the GIVEPLUS+ app. Search for “Give Plus Church.” You’ll be asked to put in the church’s name or zip code, 45220, to find us. The app will guide you through the rest. You can make a one-time donation, and other payment options are available. This short video shows the steps, or you can see them on this website.

Text:

Our new account with GivePlus lets you text a donation or payment to St. John’s.  Simply text to 833-876-7595 and put the amount you wish to give in the message. Maybe call it “Donate to St. John’s” in your contacts list. After your first gift, you’ll receive a secure registration link. Confirmation comes via text and email. Subsequent gifts are processed quickly.  This 1-minute video shows how easy it is. Or see the steps on this document (to be uploaded.)

Online:

You may have already used our Donate website, including the availability of PayPal for paying for auction purchases and other giving.  Now, there is a

icon allowing a gift via credit/debit or bank account to St. John’s via GivePlus. You’ll be asked to make a profile, which is recommended for easier subsequent giving.

Donors will immediately receive an electronic confirmation from the app.  

Board and finance council members researched vendors for electronic giving. Vanco, the company offering GIVEPLUS+, works with more than 40,000 churches, faith-based groups, nonprofits, schools and educational organizations. It is Level 1 PCI (payment card industry)-compliant.  Information is stored at Vanco and not shared.
