Holding Space: A Community Exploration of Compassion

Developing a practice of holding space for the different and difficult – especially when our desire is to analyze and fix, to “do something,” – can open our hearts, increase our capacity for compassion, and help us be more flexible and gentler during times of change. Ashleigh Rhodes, our religious education coordinator, will lead a multigenerational exploration of ways to hold space for others and ourselves.
