1st & 3rd Mondays
Beginners meet from 6:30-7:00 and are welcome to stay for the beginning of the Intermediate class, which runs from 7:00-8:00.

We’ll be in Krolfifer.  Enter from the side steps in the back, near the A/C.

St. John’s Unitarian – Rosa Parks Room
Did you know that there is a Tender Yoga class at St. John’s?  What exactly is Tender Yoga?  Stretching, flexibility, incorporating functional movements, bouncing on heels, spiraling up and down from the floor and ending with meditative relaxation are what you can expect.  Classes meet on Tuesday’s from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. at St. John’s.  For more information, contact Nikki Orlemann at

If we are currently in meditation, please come in quietly, leave your shoes near the entrance, and join us on the carpet. Feel free to use a chair or there are extra sitting cushions in the green trunk.
The facilitator will use a chime to transition from seated to walking and back to seated meditation.
Voluntary donations (dana – Buddhist tradition of generosity) are accepted on the table.
