Troy Bronsink will provide St. John’s sermon Sunday, Sept. 20. He is founder and director of the Hive, a community of shared small group courses around contemplation, creativity and social action. He formed the Hive in spring of 2016 with a desire to collaborate with facilitators from various traditions and backgrounds, making space for transformative individual and group encounters.
He brings 25 years of experience in small group facilitation ranging from corporate consulting to community organizing, to spiritual formation. Troy is a student of The Living School, an ordained Presbyterian minister serving in Bond Hill, retreat leader, author, spiritual director, entrepreneurship coach, speaker and consultant. He and his partner, Kelley, have two kids slogging their way through their senior and fifth-grade years in the the time of COVID. They currently live, work, vacation, exercise, party, and learn together at their home in Northside.
