Women’s Crisis Center

Presenter will be Marsha Croxton, Executive Director, Women’s Crisis Center, Hebron, KY   The Mission of the Women’s Crisis Center is to lead our community in the social change needed to end domestic violence, rape and sexual assault.  In 2017 the Women’s Crisis Center supported 1,033 individuals who were victims of some form of power-based violence.  In this age of #MeToo, come learn about WCC’s prevention work, focused on high schools and local communities to engage individuals to become active bystanders.  The two norms WCC is committed to are: violence is not tolerated in our community and everyone can do something.  The Women’s Crisis Center will be the May Split the Plate recipient.
