Beginner level fitness. Are you ready to develop new fitness habits that you can stick with regardless of your busy schedule? This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to kick-start a healthy lifestyle routine but don’t think they have time or know where to begin. We’ll learn interval strength training that’s beginner friendly utilizing your body weight and a mat. Start today and be fit for life! Classes are Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 and will start up again on Tuesday, December 13th.
